00:06The longer a cheese is aged, the less lactose there will be.

00:09So our hard grating cheeses, like parmigiano,

00:15it's probably one of the cheeses on this board

00:17that has the least amount of lactose in it.

00:19Next we have the melting cheeses,

00:21especially cheddar cheese.

00:25The sharper the cheese, the less lactose it has in it.

00:28And then the gruyere cheese or alpine cheeses,

00:31like Swiss cheese, those are also really low in lactose.
