00:00When we are interacting with teams at clients, every team is focused in their own functional area.
00:05So we have obviously the sales team, even if they're using the software system,
00:09they're doing their promotion plans in the system.
00:11And if they don't have a software system, then they are doing it obviously in Excel.
00:16Then there is the team which is clearing the deductions.
00:20And with that, there is also a team that is applying cash,
00:23which is typically part of the order to cash team.
00:26And they're also restricted to their own functional area.
00:28On one side, you have all of these different people kind of focused on their own functional areas.
00:34And on the other side, we have found that they don't know how the process flows
00:38and the importance of one group doing their steps correctly for the other group to take benefit.
00:43The other department, from where the process or the problem may be flowing,
00:48they may not be even aware of it.
00:50So in their minds, they would be doing the jobs as they were told to do.
00:55And within their functional area, everything is great.
00:59But then as their information is flowing to the next functional area,
01:02it lacks the completeness or it lacks the information that needed to be there.
