00:00um uh then the you know the overall piece is considered by many companies that as not of

00:06critical importance but in my mind it is of critical importance which is this which is the

00:10erp system and the trade promotion systems reconciliation because at the end of the day

00:15the erp system is the books the books of record this is what you present to the world at large

00:19and to your auditors and if your trade promotion system is saying something else and the two systems

00:25are not in sync you have a problem right there those differences if they're very small they may

00:29not matter but if the process is not working those differences may become large and when they

00:34become large it becomes a huge problem so this thinking must be done if this thinking is not

00:39being done you will have missing transactions you'd have people pointing at each other i think if there

00:43will be a lot of finger pointing i do think that this reconciliation is very important for the

00:48overall seamless working of all the departments
