00:00Hey Canva artists! I'm super excited you're here because today we're diving into something
00:05really cool – how to create sheets in Canva. And best of all, how to make the most of Canva's
00:11new AI features to make your sheets look more attractive, faster to create, and way more
00:17productive. So ready? Let's jump straight in! First things first, when you're on the Canva
00:24homepage, go ahead and click on Sheet. Once the canvas opens up, you'll see a new horizontal
00:29toolbar at the top. Now take a look at the Actions menu. It's packed with awesome options like
00:38Generate Table, Fill Empty Cells, Magic Insights, Formulas, and a lot more. And don't worry,
00:45we'll go through each of these features in future videos. But for today, we'll focus on just one of
00:50them, so you get a clear and simple walkthrough. Now let's talk templates. Canva Sheets offers a
00:56ton of them. Whether you need budget trackers, event planners, lead trackers, you name it,
01:01there's a template ready to save your time. For this video, I'm picking the Media Plan Sheet template.
01:07It's perfect if you want to organize and track your social media posts across all your platforms,
01:13all in one place. Take a look, the sheet already has some preset columns like Campaign, Schedule,
01:19Content Type, and more. Pretty neat, right? Now let's make it ours. I want to create a better,
01:25longer ad copy for my campaigns. Here's how I do it. First, I click on the Copy column. Then,
01:31I right-click and choose Add a Column to the right. I name this new column Copy V2.
01:40Then, I copy one of my original ad copies and paste it into the new column.
01:50Now comes the magic. I select the text I just pasted, head to Actions, and choose Magic Write.
01:59A little prompt box pops up, and here I simply type,
02:03rewrite this ad copy in a nicer and longer way.
02:11Hit Enter, and in a few seconds, Magic Write gives me a beautiful new version of my ad copy.
02:16If you're happy with the result, just click Insert, and you're good to go.
02:21But wait, what about the other empty cells? No worries, Canvas got us covered. Just select
02:27all the empty cells you want to fill, head back to Actions, and choose Fill Empty Cells.
02:43And just like that, Canva AI uses the same style and prompt to automatically generate new ad copies
02:49for every empty cell. How cool is that? Honestly, Canva Sheets makes working on projects feel like a
02:56piece of cake, and actually fun. Plus, it saves you tons of time. And guess what? This is just the
03:02beginning. In the next videos, we'll explore even more hidden actions inside Canva sheets that will
03:08totally level up your projects. If this tutorial helped you out, please like the video, subscribe
