00:00Hey Canva artists, welcome back!

00:03In today's quick and exciting video, I'm going to show you how to use Canva magic formulas

00:07inside Canva sheets.

00:09If you've ever felt stuck trying to figure out formulas, don't worry, Canva has made

00:13it unbelievably simple.

00:14Alright, let's jump straight in.

00:16I'm already inside a Canva sheet project, and for today's example, we're working

00:20on a social media calendar.

00:23Each post has its own budget, and now we want to calculate the total budget automatically,

00:28without stressing over manual formulas.

00:30Here's how easy it is.

00:31First, I'm going to type total budget where I want to display the result.

00:36Then I click on the cell right next to it.

00:39This is where I want the total to show up.

00:42Now head over to the Actions menu at the top, scroll down, and select Magic Formulas.

00:58A little pop-up window appears.

01:01And here's the magic part.

01:02I simply type, please give me the total budget, and hit enter.

01:11Just like that, Canva instantly gives me the total, which is $120 in this example, and even

01:16shows the formula it used.

01:19All I have to do is click Insert into i2, and boom, we've got our total budget calculated

01:25automatically.

01:26Pretty amazing, right?

01:28This feature is a total lifesaver, especially if you're not a formula expert or you're

01:32managing a big, complicated sheet.

01:34Canva Sheets really turns what used to be a headache into something super fast, super easy,
