00:00True government is all about one thing and one thing only.
00:06What is the will of the people?
00:14I don't think they've been running it that way for a very, very, very long time.
00:22You have a very keen sense of impending doom.
00:26Oh, it's easier to live in the matrix.
00:28You know, ignorance is bliss. I'm like, is it?
00:30Wait until they knock on the door and they want to stick something in your arm.
00:33Or they want to take your kid because you didn't chop something off for them.
00:36Is ignorance bliss that? I don't think so.
00:43The government's out of control.
00:44It has nothing to do with political party.
00:46The government stopped doing things to secure our freedom
00:49and started doing things to us to take away our freedom.
00:52They've been talking about how the United States is a democracy.
00:54We're a constitutional republic.
00:56The Constitution requires a republican form of government for all states,
00:59but does not mention democracy,
01:01and neither does the Declaration of Independence or the Bill of Rights.
01:04Democracy is a form of government based upon the principle of majority rule.
01:09What would you call a lynch mob?
01:11That's majority rule.
01:13The ideal of a constitutional republic is individual liberty.
01:20We told government they could do 19 essential things for the states and no more.
01:26And now we've got six and a half million pages of code, statutes, and ordinances.
01:31We believed we were free.
01:33And in reality, the best slaves are the ones who believe they are free.
01:37The law is whatever the powers that be in power happen to say it is today.
01:42And it may change tomorrow.
01:44The birthright is anything that's given by God.
01:46It's unalienable.
01:47That means that no lien can be placed upon it.
01:50It's to protect you from any opposing tyranny,
01:53whether it's government or anybody else for that matter.
01:56So how can government have power over people who created it?
01:59Well, let's incorporate us so we can force them into the law of the water under contract called code,
02:05and now we can regulate and administer everything they do.
02:17There is a higher law that dominates the entire world.
02:20It's called the law of the water, maritime admiralty.
02:25So all governments can regulate is the commercial activities.
02:29Between the states, but they've misconstrued it,
02:32and they've pushed it all the way down to regulate commerce between you and your neighbor.
02:36Could you go fishing, hunting, cut hair, and did you need a license?
02:41No, we didn't need licenses.
02:42The United States Code, I mean, there's, I think, 52 titles, and each book is massive.
02:47You don't know what the law really is, right?
02:50They are swimming around in their admiralty law over there,
02:52the rules, codes, ordinances, statutes.
02:54And they've trumped our constitution.
02:57And we don't even stand up for that.
03:02Now the relationship that the states have with the federal government is that of complete submission.
03:10You no longer have states' rights.
03:12How much deference we give to an agency in deciding what the law is.
03:18The NIH, the CDC, the FDA, all of them are for-profit corporations
03:22that are not part of the 19 essential services over here.
03:24This corporate construct is what is destroying America.
03:28I found out that the Federal Reserve wasn't federal.
03:33If that's not true, what else isn't true?
03:35The 16th Amendment was never properly ratified.
03:37The original 13th Amendment isn't what it is today.
03:40A warranty deed is not a title.
03:42The only title to land that there is is a land patent.
03:45Every crime is commerce.
03:47You're looking for someone who committed a crime, but you're saying it's worth a million dollars.
03:51How does it have a monetary value if it's a crime?
03:54This one thing, the law, controls every aspect of our life.
03:58And yet they don't teach it to us.
04:07How do we restore our republic?
04:09They gave us remedy.
04:10It's called the First Eight Amendments.
04:12We have a God-ordained civic duty to stand up and defend the Constitution,
04:18defend the liberty, the freedom that God gave us.
04:21These are our rights, and we're trampling on them.
04:23My greatest hope is that we do the things necessary to reestablish our constitutional republic.
04:31That's the way government is supposed to run.
04:33That's the way our Founding Fathers set it up.
04:35Stop the foreign agents.
04:37Come out of her, oh ye Babylon,
04:39and have true, righteous, honest government of we the people.
04:44There's nothing that says we're supposed to pay income taxes.
05:03We're taxable in a way in that we're supposed to fund everything that we asked the government to provide us with.
05:11How did we agree to pay for them? Through tariffs.
05:15Tariffs are a sales tax.
05:18When commerce is traded between nations, there's a tariff on it, a sales tax on what comes in.
05:24Sales tax is the only fair tax.
05:27We were never meant to pay taxes on our land, on our wages, the sweat of our brow.
05:34People have been told, you know, that you need this income tax system to fund government,
05:38which is absolutely ridiculous. I mean, my question is, well if that's true,
05:42how did we fund government from 1776 to 1913?
05:45People might say, well, how are we going to build and maintain our highways?
05:49If there's no money coming in to the government, we need our highways.
05:52There's a tax on every gallon of gasoline that people buy.
05:55When they're talking about income tax, they're talking about a direct tax.
05:59Our constitution says no direct taxes shall be unapportioned.
06:03Sales tax, tariffs, petroleum tax.
06:06Everyone pays the same amount of tax, right?
06:08That's an apportion tax.
06:09Actually, the rule of apportionment was so important that they put it in our constitution twice.
06:14Constitution twice.
