00:11a man who broke into her home in 2018 was arrested for trying to get inside again.

00:50for the second time in less than a year after he was caught breaking into one of Taylor's New York City properties earlier on March 7th.

00:57So what in the hell are you paying to live in a secure building if this guy apparently can waltz on in any time he wants?
