00:00Taylor Swift is on alert, as a private investigator says an alleged dangerous stalker has gone missing.
00:07Taylor Swift's alleged stalker, Brian Jason Wagner, the subject of a restraining order filed by the singer,
00:13has gone missing, according to a private investigator.
00:16Wagner, 45, appeared uninvited at Swift's Los Angeles home, claimed a relationship, and adopted her surname online.
00:24During each of these visits, I am informed that Mr. Wagner made various statements about living at my property,
00:30being in a relationship with me, believing I am the mother of his son, and needing to see me in person,
00:35all of which are untrue and disconnected from reality, said Taylor Swift.
00:40Wagner sent hundreds of emails, with concerning and threatening language.
00:46She also said Wagner lied to the Department of Motor Vehicles to somehow change the address on his driver's license to her home address.
00:53Private investigator Brooke Berg, hired to locate Brian Jason Wagner, says he has gone missing.
00:58A September 15th call to a number she'd previously used went unanswered, and reminder texts about an upcoming hearing drew no reply.
01:07The hearing, initially set for September 12th, was postponed to give Swift's legal team more time to find him, according to RadarOnline.com.
01:16Berg, according to court records, tried to contact Wagner via texts, personal service, and stakeouts at multiple residences in June and July.
01:24Searches of databases and DMV records found no updated address, leading her to believe he was either transient or actively concealing his whereabouts.
01:33She did eventually reach him one time in August, but he denied being involved in the case and wouldn't provide an address claiming he was homeless.
01:40During that conversation, Brian Jason Wagner expressed to her that he was supposed to live at house and work for, but that had gotten angry with him, and now his life is ruined.
01:51Wagner initially claimed he was in Beverly Hills, California, but then stated that he recently encountered trouble in Beverly Hills and was no longer there.
02:00Berg wrote in a court filing, according to DailyMail.com.
02:03By August 4th, 2025, he said he would provide an address or meeting point, suggesting a call if we hadn't heard from him.
02:11That phone number was deemed the best contact.
02:14That was the last time anyone related to the stalking case had any contact with him.
02:18He is due to appear in court on Monday, September 22nd.
