00:00i have never had uh been in a place where they had a homeowner's association it always seems

00:23head of it for a while and someone you enjoy it so it's like a block and people have meetings

00:27right like i think there are meetings i don't know there are meetings never i would never go to one

00:34they have a association pretty much they have like a barbecue they put on in my area once a year that

00:41i used to get dragged to i don't go anymore they you know they're the upholders of the law

00:47right like you're you've got the wrong garbage cans and your bushes look stupid but like mine

00:53they'll like fix mailboxes or they'll oh really uh yeah like plant trees or make things it's trees

01:01that mine are like they try and talk everyone must have the same tree if you don't have the same tree

01:08we will cut your trees down wow see that's the kind of crap i don't like yeah same trees uh no sheds

01:18same kind of fence everyone has to have the same kind of fence i guess if you don't pay your hoa fee

01:25someone said they can legally evict you and sell your house to get their fees back

01:28oh my god that's good to know well that's great why have one someone else said i got a 50 fine

01:34because i put my garbage out before 5 p.m on a sunday oh i'd get fined for that all the time

01:39because as soon as i get home after work i put my garbage out for the next day so i don't forget

01:44to do also it's like out there for 100 years so it's out there from like you know two in the

01:48afternoon until that guy i went out of town last week and put mine out for days before i'm not

01:53it's a trash day no no no no that's all my neighbors must hate me i put it out for hours

01:58i would have got a ticket what authority does the hoa have to give you a fine i don't know it's not

02:03like you probably signed something i don't know i honestly i don't get it yeah i tell the hoa to suck

02:09it yeah i know and then next thing you know like everything you own is on fire well they can lay

02:13the house on fire it's insured yeah they sell your house and they get their fees that way they're

02:17not gonna sell i don't i don't buy that text because you live in an hoa and you don't abide i don't

02:22either really but i don't legally take my house and sell it yeah get out of here hoa yeah someone

02:28said they were renting a house in las vegas the hoa there took a polaroid picture of a tiny little

02:32weed that was growing by the mailbox put it in the mailbox and said you have to pick this or get a

02:37hundred dollar fine some of them are insane i literally molotov cocktail a whole entire street

02:45i just hate i would hate these people so much i don't have any problems thank god yeah it's like an

02:51association of people with like uh what is that obsessive compulsive disorder no but honestly

02:56that's usually who's like in charge of it yeah the people that are in charge of it end up being a

03:01little bit crazy i think are they all old broads i don't know i think it's an old guy in my

03:05neighborhood who does it i've never met him i don't know yeah how was your vacation i saw you put

03:32we did hired a guy that was 500 but just don't do that anymore he was mexican

05:09you threw my whole week off because i saw trash and then i put mine out i had to find myself

05:22i went grocery shopping and realized i had already just gone grocery shopping threw them completely off

05:31sure you had some good italian food there nice slice of pizza stop at a pizza pizza pie joint
