01:10trying to survive that's all he said i won't harm you or molest you she says he then ordered her to

01:16take a shower with him then he said no i'm not warm enough we have to take a bath they got in and out of

01:22the bath her nightgown soaked the man then dragging her around the house disconnecting phones leaving

01:27trails of blood he had gashes from the broken window he used to get into holt's lincolnwood home he took

01:33two knives from my kitchen and he told me he liked those he then led her to this basement bathroom barricading

01:41it with this chair i didn't think i was going to live with no windows in darkness holt did exercises in

01:48the 17 hours of captivity i was doing marching and stretching as much as i could all the while the

01:55man was making himself at home as family and friends noticed something was off i'm across the country and i

02:02noticed this holt's daughter in seattle saw texts weren't being read by her mom there were also no updates

02:08on a popular phone game i didn't send my older daughter a wordle in the morning and that was

02:15disconcerting to her friends and family called lincolnwood police leading to this hours long standoff

02:21with the man family says the swat team used a stun gun through this hole in the door to subdue him i can't say enough good

02:28things they were beyond wonderful she's so calm about it i don't understand that i would be

02:36very traumatized after all of that she just at least your life would never be the same i don't think i

02:41don't think she's gonna bounce right back go to sleep after that in your own house you had to shower

02:45with the dude you take a bath with the dude she's like sure whatever what you gonna do i'm gonna do

02:50exercise she's in her 80s she can't fight back again no i know i know she's in her 80s yeah yeah she's

02:56she's in good shape for her 80s oh big time well she was kidnapped and she did crunches and stretches

03:03and was working out in a closet you could ever do i'm like oh my god i'd be like plotting like what

03:09do i have to do to like escape this she's like one two and three and a four and a five

03:17six seven and eight what are you doing in there i'm working out shut up i like these knives i'll take

03:26them i don't give a crap you want to take shower with me yeah let me just get a sweat going

03:33what a jogging place you're still in your night dress working out yeah i wish i had my lulu lemons on

03:43but i don't why are you working out anyway stay in shape keep going

03:49snooze you lose you stop moving you're dead

03:51yeah she's a go-getter oh she is my goodness it'd be the last thing i would do if i'm trapped in a

04:41yeah no she must have yeah i guess just to take her mind off it's smart you know you're just

04:47keeping yourself busy as you're being trapped but it's not really what you'd ever sweat into the

04:52oldies okay yeah uh yes you're gonna do this or what it's actually kind of fun exactly do it with me

05:05oh come on come on do the locomotion with me but you gotta swing your hips now swing them swing

05:19them you gotta get a good swing she is well like you said lisa like the way she was just talking

05:41a second within his death end of his life i can't say enough good things i can't i mean i wish they blew

05:52him he cried and cried it was wonderful yeah real bitch bitched up compared to her yeah i mean she's

06:08god world i mean it'll save the life you never know what wordle's gonna do i think some old ladies have

06:14that thing they do like every one every day yeah they send people something you know right so if you

06:19don't get it it's almost like they're a little beacon it's smart it's like the what lets you know

06:25wait a second still alive yeah it's kind of um like if you're a kid with an elderly parent

06:33try and get them into wordle and you would know like hey i can kind of tell

06:39that they're still up and at him yeah the new york times is loving this oh my god

06:44god they love this they love it help save your senior parents by signing them up for wordle wordle
