00:33jumping into the ocean to save a drowning man despite the fact that he's paralyzed from the
00:36waist down okay so he can move his arm okay yeah uh even still nikita vancoff was on a pier in
00:45anapa russia when he noticed a swimmer struggling two other men tried to help the swimmer but then
00:50they too began to struggle i got this that's when vancoff got out of his wheelchair thrust himself
00:57onto the pier and then thrust himself into the water using only his arms to keep himself afloat
