00:00At speaking of fasting, isang mahalagang tradisyon tuwing mahal na araw,
00:03ang pag-iwas sa pagkain ng baboy at iba pang karne.
00:07Kaya isang alternative seafood dish ang ibabahagi namin sa inyo.
00:10Kaya makiluto at ikin na rito sa Sarap Pinoy.

01:56Then last is yung salt and pepper.
01:59Ngayon yung holy week, bagay na bagay po ito.
02:05Dahil bawal po ang karne, pwede niyo po lutuin sa inyong mga bahay.

02:22For garnish naman, lagyan na po natin ng salted egg at parsley.
