00:00Ngayon naman, tampok natin ang isang klasikong pagkain na kilala sa kanyang creamy white na sauce.
00:08Tunghaya natin ang paraan ng pagluluto ng paborito natin carbonara dito sa Sarap Pinoy.

01:00Una ng pinakuloan ni Chef Gian ang pasta for about 6 minutes.

01:43Tapos, mag-mix tayo dito sa isang mixing bowl.
01:47Yung egg, egg yolk, parmesan, mga 3 tablespoons.

01:58Pumping stock.
01:59Saka, ilalagay dito.
02:06Para hindi siya mamuhok yung itlog.
02:09Saka, ilimix siya dito.
02:14Ilagyan na po natin, mag-plating na po tayo.
02:16Ilagyan po natin siya ng plate, ang toppings.
