00:05Tikman ang kakaibang under the sea flavor

00:18dahil kung gusto mo ng extra drama sa bawat slice,
00:22subukan mo na ang seafood pizza.
00:24Cheese overload plus seafood na juicy at flavorful.

00:32Kaya para turuan tayo kung paano magluto ng seafood pizza,

00:50Simula lang natin magluto ng Fisherman Seafood Pizza.
00:54Una nang niluto ni Chef Jovelin at Chef Tom
00:57ang sauce ng ating pizza.
00:59Pwede na po natin nilagay ang ating butter.

01:08And then, lalagay naman po natin ang ating garlic.
01:14Sunod naman na nilagay ay ang marinated shrimp
01:16na mayroong olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, at chili flakes.
01:22And then, deglaze po ng white wine.
01:30Next naman ay naglagay ng shrimp broth.
01:32Yan, pagkatapos po niya, meron po tayong scallops dito

01:38Lalagay na po natin.
01:40Salt and pepper, peach lang po.
01:45And now, lalagay na po natin ang ating crab.
01:51Sunod naman na hiniwalay ang shrimp at crab sa ating sauce.

02:07Set aside lang ito at sunod na gawin ay ang pizza dough.
02:11Sa pizza natin, kailangan natin siyang i-rest

02:24Yung gagamitin natin flour is sweet flour or bread flour.
02:35Sunod itong ilipat sa pizza pan at lagyan ng squid ink.
02:39Ginamitan natin siya ng garlic, onion,
02:42and diniglaze natin sa white wine.
02:43Matapos malagyan ng squid ink ang ating pizza dough,
02:48sunod itong lagyan ng cheese at lutuin sa oven
02:51for about 8 to 10 minutes.
03:01Pwede na natin slice,
03:03then i-plate na natin sa ating martini glass.
03:06Yung niluto natin kanina ang seafood toppings.
03:13Ito na ang ating Fisherman's Seafood Pizza.
