There are several players hoping to make the national team and Goalkeeper Anton Williams is one of them. Coming out of Enterprise he has made national teams at the junior level and he believes he has what it takes to go further. Here's his story as he tries to catch the eyes of international clubs.

00:00You're looking at some highlights of goalkeeper Anton Williams. He's one to
00:04look out for having come through the grassroots system of local football. He
00:08started playing at the age of 11 and has played for Presentation San Fernando
00:13Police FC as well as the under-15, under-17 and under-20 national teams
00:18where he earned a few man-of-the-match performances. Now he plays for Evolution
00:23FC and he's hoping to make it to the big leagues.
00:26My background grew up in Enterprise, Chagonas. Most would say it's not the safest area to be but to me, I call it home.
00:33Simply because I was exposed to all of the elements of Enterprise, whatever
00:39elements in your opinion that may be. To me, I use it as motivation in a way. It
00:44may sound weird but the motivation I get from it is that I don't, I can choose
00:49what I want to do. So far he has made his mother proud. I am very proud of him. I
00:54know that he worked very hard to be where he is. William says he is focused
01:01on making it by concentrating on his responsibility. I don't let anything I
01:06do go to my head. Whether I save a penalty, whether I make a nice pass, whether I save a shot from an important player, it wouldn't matter to me.
01:13The only thing that matters to me is making sure that my team gets the victory, make sure that we
01:18are able to share our influence around the country. That's all that matters to me.
01:22His club Evolution FC is regarded as one of the best in Central after winning the
01:27Republic Cup national title. I'm considered short for most goalkeepers, number one.
01:33Because of that, people really cannot undermine me because of the height but I
01:39train my legs to be able to reach high. Thus far, Williams has beaten the odds and
