00:05signed an agreement relating to the guidelines for the utilization of the Higher Education

00:10Development Fund. This aims to strengthen tourism-related educational projects in colleges

00:17that build students' capacity to help achieve a sustainable and innovative tourism sector in the

00:25Philippines. This is in accordance with the National Tourism Development Plan which focuses

00:31on strengthening the tourism sector that will create more opportunities and make significant

00:36contribution to the growth of the country's economy.
