00:00The proposed 2026 budget for the office of the vice president was passed in the Senate in the blink of an eye,

00:06totaling 889 million pesos, the same amount listed in the national expenditure program.

00:13Vice President Sara Duterte expressed her gratitude to senators for the swift approval,

00:18calling it a smooth process that lets her office get to work without delay.

00:23Lawmakers noted that the quick passage means the VP's office can now hit the ground running on its programs.
