00:05according to the Department of Budget and Management Secretary, Amena Pangandaman,

00:10during the budget briefing for fiscal year 2026.

00:13This follows the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:17to allocate zero budget for flood control projects next year.

00:21Meanwhile, Senator Loren Legarda and Senator Rodante Marcoleta have suggested
