00:43as soon as I saw that, closer to a pick-em price. And yet

00:47Curtis Jones for Iowa State had other ideas in the opening

00:5220 minutes. He was leading Iowa State to a halftime lead

00:56in the fact that the Cyclones were so hot offensively to

01:00begin. 31 combined made threes between these two. A Big 12

01:05tourney record this following DRS just a few weeks ago in

01:09Ames. An 88-85 thriller in overtime between these two teams.

01:14Double OT even. What a great game it was yesterday to start

01:17off quarterfinal Thursday in KC. It was and you know me, I

01:21have my eyes on Iowa State. Down a couple starters in that

01:24game. Still put up 92 points against a quality opponent.

01:27Did lose their shot. Getting that extra bump in guards win

01:30in March. If you don't have your best guards, you're probably

01:33not going to win against quality opponents and they still hung

01:35tough at that point here. I'm not giving up on Iowa State,

01:38but now we just need to see and read the tea leaves of how

01:41healthy these players are going to be with roughly a week

01:43off before their next game. If they're both back in the

01:46starting lineup, that's a team I certainly want to take a

01:48look at. But credit to BYU. Again, we talk about Kentucky

01:51in the same way. They are a fun team to watch and a fun

01:54team to bet no doubt about it.
