00:00Donnie, I think some of the moves made during free agency, I think some of the conversations

00:04we have seen following combine week in Indianapolis make it pretty clear.

00:09Whoever is selecting first overall is going to draft Cam Ward.

00:13More than likely Tennessee, but could the Giants make a move up if they are infatuated

00:18to give up a ton of draft assets to get that first overall selection and then grab Cam

00:23Ward?

00:24Then what would Tennessee do?

00:26What does Cleveland do with that second overall pick?

00:29There was a report yesterday from Brown's beat writer Zach Jackson, who covers the team

00:34for the athletic, that Cleveland might be in the running for a trade for Kirk Cousins

00:40and it could happen as soon as this weekend.

00:43They have already kind of made a maneuver to get Kenny Pickett in house.

00:47Of course, they are not dealing Miles Garrett.

00:49He is there with a very, very large contract.

00:52Donnie, what do you think Cleveland does at the quarterback spot the remainder of this

00:57off season?

00:58They shouldn't do anything.

00:59They shouldn't do a damn thing at this point now, unless they are drafting a quarterback

01:02and not giving up capital.

01:04Imagine trading for Kirk Cousins when he didn't sign a cheap deal to go to Atlanta, which

01:08means you inherit that contract, as opposed to saying, calling their bluff, going like,

01:13yeah, we want Kirk.

01:14We will just wait for you to cut him because you are not going to keep a guy with 30 plus,

01:1740 plus, 50 plus million dollars on the bench in cap space to use that up.

01:22That's not economical for Atlanta and the rest of the NFL knows that.

01:25Obviously, a stupid franchise would actually trade for Kirk Cousins, but if Kirk Cousins

01:29is released and let loose and you get him on that Russell Wilson, hey, I'll pay you

01:33five million dollars.

01:34You're already getting a ton of money this year from the Atlanta Falcons, then it would

01:37make more sense because you still do need some sort of semblance of, all right, a professional

01:42quarterback just to run my offense.

01:44So we keep it 100 for the entire season.

01:47You just want to go out there and say, we're going to get an undrafted rookie and let me

01:50put him out there and then we can't even run our offense.

01:52We score six points a game and away you go.

01:55Organizations aren't going to do that to themselves.

01:58But for me, for Kirk Cousins, like where is his, when his release got like, who would

02:01want him here?

02:02Oh, go to San Francisco if they can't work out with Brock Purdy.

02:05And then we're hearing last year, some of the most bizarre things like, well, Kirk wasn't

02:09healthy to start the season, then he got injured, but we didn't know about it and he was terrible.

02:14We just let him play.

02:15And then when the season ended, Kirk goes, yeah, I was really injured this season.

02:18Like nothing makes sense where I would be so far away from Kirk Cousins because I don't

02:23even know the truth.
