The Opposition Leader is calling on the Prime Minister to provide evidence in support of his claim that there are people in this country working with the present United States government to take U.S. visas away.

00:11of U.S. President Donald Trump after the four-year tenure of former U.S. President Joe Biden.

00:24We need to be relaxed with our visa applications, therefore we have to show the USA that foreign
00:32policy is on the ballot, that we are going to vote for Kamala Prasad-Bissetta, a woman

00:42Senator Roberts spoke before the UNC's political leader.

00:49No other head of state, no other prime minister was dancing, is dancing with Maduro.
00:58And now he's talking about visa restrictions.

01:17Senator Prasad-Bissetta was referring to a statement made by Prime Minister Dr. Keith
01:21Rowley on Monday regarding the most recent U.S. policy on Cuba.
01:26Out of the blue now we are being called human traffickers because we hire technical people
01:36who we pay top dollar equal to local rates but we are now being accused of taking part
01:45in the program where people are being exploited.
01:49That's somebody's interpretation.
01:51And of course there are local people here encouraging them to take away our U.S. visas.
01:59And then the opposition leader gave her version of the chorus of a popular 2025 soca song
02:05in an apparent description of the deal for the supply of natural gas from Venezuela to
02:10Trinidad and Tobago struck by the administrations of their present leaders.

02:36Talks about these visa restrictions.
02:39He said there are people here encouraging the U.S. to take away all your visas.

02:58The opposition leader called this quote another distraction end quote by the administration
03:04led by Prime Minister Rowley.
03:07The U.S. government is coming for them and for PNM affiliates.

03:26In less than a week's time, on March 16th, Prime Minister Rowley will be retiring as
03:30the head of the government, making way for Energy Minister Stuart Young to be appointed
03:35the next Prime Minister.
