People on the street: Vehicle Tax

With older cars being taxed more in order to encourage people to move towards lower-emission vehicles, many of the UK’s poorest are being forced to pay more than they can afford. We went out onto the streets of Manchester to ask people where the balance was between protecting those in need and protecting the environment.
