Patriotic Energy Services Co. Ltd says it is exploring its legal options, hours after it was announced that OANDO PLC was selected as the preferred bidder for the lease of the Guaracara refinery.
Via press release late on Thursday, Patriotic alleges that the Minister of Energy is complicit in a compromised bid process.
