Author Gail David speaks about her new book 'Me, Myself and I' which carries a clear message to the victims of domestic abuse.

00:00Hi, my name is Gayle David and I'm the author of Me, Myself and I, Prepare Your Case.

00:06And the reason for the title and for the Prepare Your Case is because in the current environment

00:13of domestic abuse, there's so many women who are going through issues.

00:17This book is all about preparing the mindset of a woman who's going through domestic abuse

00:23because a battle cannot be won until the battle in the mind is won first.

00:27So it gives tools to the person who is going through such a situation as to how to prepare

00:33the mind.

00:34And actually, this is my second book.

00:37My first book is called Beauty and the Beast, Unleashing the Beauty Within.

00:41And my editor said to me there's something that was missing from that book, which was

00:45domestic abuse.

00:46And this is the second book that I've written.
