00:00Well, I said that we would get two million extra appointments done in the first year
00:05of the government. And I'm really pleased that we've done that, we've hit the target
00:10and we've done it with seven months to spare. So that is really good. It shows what you
00:16can do with a plan that you put into action, working with doctors and nurses, NHS staff.
00:23I do acknowledge it's the foothills. There's lots, lots more to do. But it is important,
00:28I think, to consider the human impact. We're at Diagnostics Centre here in Bristol, the
00:33impact it has on patients who desperately want their appointment or their operation.
00:39And of course, that central question of trust in politics. We said we would do this. I'm
00:43pleased we've done it. I acknowledge much more to do.
