00:05or NBI against Vice President Sara Duterte as an ordinary case.

00:10The case stems from her supposed death threat issued against President Ferdinand R. Marcos

00:14Jr., First Lady Elisa Araneta Marcos, and Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:19Undersecretary Jesse Andres explained that an initial evaluation of evidence will take

00:24place, followed by a preliminary investigation and, if necessary, the Justice Department

00:30and NBI will work together to strengthen the case.
