00:00Vice President Sara Duterte was due to appear before the National Bureau of Investigation today

00:05over her recent remarks, but she requested to reschedule the probe.

00:09The details from PTV's Mela Lesmoras.

00:14Vice President Sara Duterte did not attend the probe of the National Bureau of Investigation

00:19today regarding her alleged threats against President Ferdinand R. Marquez, Jr.,

00:24First Lady Liza Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:28Her legal counsel went at the NBI instead and asked for a reschedule.

00:59On the letter submitted by the Vice President's counsel,

01:02she stated that aside from the request for reschedule,

01:05she's asking for the release of questions from the NBI.

01:08The agency said this will be up for discussion as this is not the usual due process.

01:14But they wish for Vice President Sara Duterte to attend on December 11.

01:18Aside from the investigation on her recent pronouncements,

01:22the NBI will also look into the alleged threats against her.

01:28The NBI will also issue a subpoena to those who actively participated

01:52to the live Zoom press conference.

01:58Those who attended the videoclip that we identified,

02:04we will share the live, we will ask if that happened in their presence,

02:13they will ask, surrounding those matters.
