00:13that they found sufficient evidence to charge the vice president with grave threats and inciting
00:19to sedition which stems from controversial statements she made against President Ferdinand
00:25Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez. Meanwhile,
00:32the DOJ said that it has submitted the case to the police of the National Prosecution Service
00:38where it will undergo an intensive evaluation to determine if there is
00:43enough evidence to proceed with filing charges against Vice President Duterte.
00:55The NBI said that they will conduct a preliminary investigation and later file the case to the court.
