00:00The National Bureau of Investigation or NBI on Wednesday has recommended the filing of criminal

00:06charges against Vice President Sara Duterte before the Department of Justice or DOJ. The NBI said

00:13that they found sufficient evidence to charge the vice president with grave threats and inciting

00:19to sedition which stems from controversial statements she made against President Ferdinand

00:25Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez. Meanwhile,

00:32the DOJ said that it has submitted the case to the police of the National Prosecution Service

00:38where it will undergo an intensive evaluation to determine if there is

00:43enough evidence to proceed with filing charges against Vice President Duterte.

00:55The NBI said that they will conduct a preliminary investigation and later file the case to the court.

01:04The DOJ will evaluate if the evidence we submitted is sufficient to conduct a preliminary investigation.
