00:03called on the Supreme Court to also move the important statements of Vice President Sara Duterte

00:18Now, a disbarment case has been formally filed against Vice President Sara Duterte,

00:23Presidential Advisor on Poverty Alleviation, Secretary Larry Gadon.

00:28It will be a heavy blow for Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:32She will resign from her position.

00:38President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez

00:47were the ones who based Secretary Larry Gadon on filing a disbarment case against VP Sara.

00:53Gadon said that if she was disbarred because of the motu proprio investigation of the Supreme Court,

00:59because of the video that she was watching,

01:03Vice President Sara Duterte should also be disbarred

01:06because the words she said were also heavy via live zoom conference.

01:14Now, Vice President Sara Duterte is trying to kill the President,

01:21to kill the First Lady, to kill the Speaker of the House, Speaker Martin Romualdez.

01:28I saw how hard the Supreme Court is now.

01:31They are saying that they are the enforcers of the law.

01:37Vice President Sara Duterte, who will be disbarred from her position,

01:41accused Gadon of supporting the Duterte family and running for the last election

01:47with the group of Vice President Sara.

01:51She will be disbarred because I am sure that she will be impeached in the next Congress.

03:03Nayomi, this is not the first disbarment case against VP Sara

03:07when she was the mayor of Davao City

03:09when she was attacked by a sheriff in 2011

03:12when someone filed a disbarment case against her.

03:16A while ago, the SC said that they received an anonymous letter

03:20for the disbarment of the Vice President.

03:23And because of the words of VP Sara,

03:26she will eat the body of former President Marcos Sr.

03:30and throw it in the West Philippine Sea.

03:34The Supreme Court received an anonymous complaint

03:37regarding her statements about the late President Ferdinand Marcos.

03:44Nayomi, Vice President Sara Duterte is still not satisfied

03:48with Secretary Larigadona's statement

03:52and her disbarment case against her.

03:56Nayomi, I can add that Attorney Larigadona

04:00or Secretary Larigadona

04:02has nothing to do with her disbarment case

04:06against the Supreme Court.

04:09And this is not ordered by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

04:14In fact, she talked to the President up to this point

04:17and the President told her

04:19that she doesn't need to file a petition

04:23or a complaint with the Supreme Court.
