00:00Have y'all ever heard of this seasoning? Up until a few weeks ago, I had never heard of Beaumont seasoning.
00:05Apparently, it is made by Spice Islands, and it's a beloved seasoning.
00:09It showed up in one of their first Spice Island cookbooks in 1959.
00:14So we know this is at least like 65 years old.
00:17Beaumont really kind of translates to of the high society and fashion,
00:22which honestly, that's what I strive to be in sometimes.
00:25It is a mix of onion powder, celery seed, salt, and sugar.
00:28And apparently magic.
00:30People have been making it for forever.
00:31This thing called Beaumont dip.
00:33Get yourself something creamy in your fridge.
00:35I have some Greek yogurt.
00:36Mix in with your Beaumont seasoning.
00:38Whatever herbs and spices you have in your pantry, people have recommended thyme and marjoram.
00:42They like to serve theirs with vegetables.
00:44That's good.
00:45Maybe on some salmon, on a wrap.
00:47Possibilities are endless.
00:48My mind is blown.
00:49Have y'all ever heard of Beaumont seasoning?
00:51Do you have it in your pantry?
00:52And more importantly, if you do, where are you from?
00:55Because I think that's the key to all of this.
00:57Please let me know.
00:58I'm a fan.
