00:00So you've heard of pistachio fluff and probably cherry fluff, but have you had Florida fluff?
00:04Stir together a cup of graham cracker crumbs, four tablespoons of butter, a bit of vanilla,
00:07and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle that on a parchment lined baking sheet and then bake it at 350 for
00:11about eight minutes. And then start with a full can of sweetened condensed milk, and then add
00:15a half a cup of sour cream, a full box of instant vanilla pudding mix, four teaspoons of lime zest,
00:20and five tablespoons of lime juice. And once you get everything in there, you just whisk it together
00:24until it's combined and smooth. Next, you're just going to whip up about a cup of cream,
00:29make it rain coconut, and two cups of marshmallows. And then you just fold all that in, again,
00:33being very careful. Okay, remember those graham crackers we toasted? So now we're going to put
00:37these all over the top. You want to be a little bit fancy. We all love a good garnish. Oh,
00:41wow.
00:41You think you're eating key lime pie, but then you get this bounce of a marshmallow,
00:44which is very fun and nostalgic.
