00:38So magkasama kami sa choir. Tapos maglalaro kami. Magbaseball kami.

00:42Pero professionally, kayo lang po ang nagsasinging?

00:47Yes, yes. Ako lang yung ano. But everyone can sing. Even my mom and dad.

00:51Paano mo pinasok yung pagsali dun sa singing contest?

00:54I took up landscape architecture sa UP Diliman.

00:56And at the same time, varsity ako ng table tennis while taking landscape architecture.

01:01So parang ubos yung oras mo.

01:03Training in the morning. Assignments. Training.

01:06Lates.

01:07Lates. I decided I wanted to break.

01:09So I joined the musical theater class under trumpets.

01:12And then I fell in love with musical theater.

01:14And then I decided, parang hey, I think I want to do this. Parang I want to sing more.

01:18Then may dumating na singing contest. Eh hindi pa ako nag-sing contest.

01:22So eto yung first singing contest ko.

01:24So at least umabot naman ako sa 4th place.

01:26Dami kong exposure. And I enjoyed.

01:30I found my purpose there.

01:32Parang this is what I want to do now.

01:34Wow.

01:35Yun yung side.

01:36Yes, yun yung side.

01:37Anong reaction ng parents nyo?

01:38Parang, huh? No! Para yung pag-aaral!

01:41Dito!

01:42Kasi ganoon yung akin.

01:45So parang, okay, kung ganoon yung gagawin mo,

01:48Bibigyan ka talang 2 years, dapat kumita ka.

01:51Yan yung kaparangka.

01:52Ano man yung maging success mo within 2 years,

01:56dapat it should fill your life or fill your needs.
