00:00Pahang Past Commissioner Rosli Abdul-Jabbar said the alleged efforts to hide the purported
00:06royal addendum on former Prime Minister Najib Razak constitute treason against the Sultan
00:12of Pahang and the royal institution.
00:15In a Facebook post today, Rosli called for those responsible for hiding the addendum
00:20to be brought to court.
00:22He said actions tarnishing the authority of the institution of the Malay rulers cannot
00:27be ignored, especially if they involve abuse of power.
00:32Rosli said Pahang Past will continue to defend the sovereignty of the Pahang Sultan and ensure
00:38that his decrees are respected, along with safeguarding the rights of Malaysians.
00:44On January 6, Najib obtained leave to begin judicial review proceedings to compel the
00:49government to execute a purported supplementary decree issued by the former king, allowing
00:55him to serve the remainder of his jail term under house arrest.
01:00His lawyer, Shafi Abdullah, also submitted a letter from the Comptroller of the Pahang
01:05Royal Household confirming the existence of the said addendum.
01:10Two days later, government spokesman Fahmi Fazil denied that the government had hidden
01:15the order, adding that he did not see nor hear about the document.
