00:00Did you quite like how he sees the game?

00:01You strike me as someone who would want to play the same as him,

00:03you know, he wants a competitive, hard team.

00:06Yeah, so like I said,

00:08ever since I really spoke to him, my mind was kind of made up.

00:12I knew the detail that he would have went into,

00:14and when we had a chat, maybe an hour or so,

00:19we went into detail of where I see myself and where he sees me fit in.

00:22So, yeah, the decision was quite easy.

00:24Like I said, he's got massive experience in the jobs that he's been before.

00:29So, again, I thought this was the best opportunity for me to progress.

00:33And the timing's good, isn't it?

00:34You've got a second half of the season to attack,

00:35and then it'll be his first full summer pre-season after that.

00:39Yeah, of course.

00:40Obviously, he's come in, I think, maybe September time.

00:43So, obviously, he's been here for three months or so,

00:46and like I said, now that you've just said there,

00:48there's five months left of the season to finish strong

00:51and to take that momentum into the next season as well.
