00:36BMI also said Anwar's government will likely struggle to pass extensive anti-graft reforms,

00:41adding that such efforts have been limited so far.

00:44BMI said Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zayed Hamidi's conditional discharge

00:48in his corruption case could heighten doubts about Anwar's commitment to fighting corruption.

00:53It also said ongoing concerns surrounding the cost of living

00:56will pose further headwinds for the unity government.
