00:070 in the second premiership Old Firm match of the season. A bit of a surprise result

00:13here in Govan. Rangers well worth their landslide victory over a decidedly out of sorts Celtic

00:20team. To be honest it couldn't be more, Celtic didn't lay a glove on Rangers for the whole

00:2690 minutes. I only remember Liam Kelly making one save. While Rangers poured forward and

00:32created numerous chances their goals did come through Yannis Hadji, Robin Propper and substitute

00:37Danilo. A really important win for Philippe Clement the manager, his first in an Old Firm

00:43match and given the number of players we're missing here without Jack Butland and James

00:47Tavernier and John Suter. Their backline ravaged with Ruben Yilvan playing right back, he's

00:53normally a left back of course and then a full back in Dujon Sterling a makeshift centre half.

00:58They all played really really well and kept Celtic extremely quiet indeed. Ibrox was back to its

01:04best in terms of support and the team they got right behind their players and once Hadji scored

01:09with a lovely left footed shot quite early on. You could sense that Celtic weren't really on it,

01:13their midfield trio in particular found it very hard to get control of the match. Captain Kelly

01:18never spoke about controlling the chaos pre-match but he was totally unable to do that and in

01:23certain quarters had some feisty moments picking up a yellow card. I don't think Celtic manager Brendan

01:27Rochford truly complains, he knows his team were soundly beaten today. They can take solace from

01:32the fact that they're still 11 points clear of Rangers in the title race. They've got plenty of

01:38cash in the bank you would say despite this result but we'll have to see how they react when

01:42they take on St Mirren next on Sunday. It's all about Rangers though, this result takes the

01:48pressure a little bit off Clement and gives him a really really important positive moment to

01:52cling on to after his injury or his injury depleted Rangers team were convincing 3-0

01:58winners over Celtic here at Blackhawks.
