00:00So our lamb stew earlier, we still have a lot of meat left, so basically you can easily reheat this and serve it.
00:09But I thought of a better idea wherein our lamb stew is still alive.
00:14We will also partner it with homemade flatbread or better known as naan.
00:19Let's just set our starter.
00:23So we'll have here milk and then our yeast.
00:30And then our sugar.
00:32Let's just dissolve it.
00:35So once we have dissolved our sugar, we can now mix our dry ingredient which is our all-purpose flour.
00:43So we'll just knead this until our all-purpose flour absorbs our wet ingredient.
00:48And we'll now add the main ingredient that makes it different from other flatbread, which is fresh yogurt.
01:08So once we get the non-sticky consistency of our dough, it's not too dry, we'll just have to let it rest until it proofs.
01:17And then we can now form it.
01:19Let's just cook it.
01:34So once we flatten our dough, we can now spread it on our pan.
01:48Of course, we have our protein, our leftover lamb stew.
01:52We also have our starch component, which is our homemade naan.
01:55And of course, our homemade sauce, which is a winner.
01:59We'll make tzatziki.
02:01This has lemon juice.
02:04I also added lemon zest.
02:06And this has grated or chopped cucumber.
02:10You can also add garlic.
02:12And typically, you would use fresh dill to lift the flavor.
02:17But since we don't have that, we could always use something that would go along with our lamb, which is our mint.
02:26So we're just going to combine everything and then adjust the seasoning with a little salt and pepper.
02:32We can now serve.
02:42♪♪♪
