With parcel thefts on the rise during the festive season, have you ever had a delivery go missing? What steps do you take to protect your parcels, and do you think enough is being done to address the issue?

00:00No, only when the postman left them in the bin and forgot to tell me in the bin and then took the bin away.

00:05I've had a few where I've had no note through the door and I've been quite fortunate to find it in my recycling bin.

00:12I don't rely on these delivery services like you're saying, for I've heard of cases with the post office people,

00:20do you get the money I sent you for Christmas? Put money in, you know, how do they know there's money in?

00:28And also just hidden behind the recycling bin and I don't live in a quiet area, it's actually on Main Road,

00:34but for the grace of God someone hasn't gone past and thought, oh that looks interesting, there's no one in and whipped it.

00:40You need more people to make sure that it doesn't wander off.

00:46Is it a recognised company? Because I've heard myself, you know, they have false names on these vans.

00:53I don't know what you'd be able to do really because there are some, there's a lot of scams out there, isn't there?
