Leeds: What are your experiences of getting parcels delivered?

With parcel thefts on the rise during the festive season, have you ever had a delivery go missing? What steps do you take to protect your parcels, and do you think enough is being done to address the issue?

00:11this but it's generally large packets of toilet rolls, would you believe it.

00:21of wine every year. My issue with parcels lately is the post office have decided they're

00:28taking over and it's been quite poor. They throw it in the red bin with nothing in the

00:35red bin so you're supposed to climb in the bin and get it out and why would you want

00:39your stuff thrown in a bin? On one occasion when I thought my parcel

00:43was delivered wrongly, it was actually delivered to my neighbour. If you compare the missing

00:48parcels or undelivered parcels, compare with the ones that are delivered, you will know

00:53that definitely it's quite a very minimal fraction. No human system is perfect.
