October 14th, a yet unnamed woman suffered stab wounds and was declared dead at the scene

in Lajamanu. The victim's partner, aged 46, was arrested nearby. He remains in custody

and is expected to be charged with her murder. October 7th, a 37-year-old sister girl unnamed

for cultural reasons was killed in Darwin. Her uncle, aged 34, was charged with her murder.

An unnamed 22-year-old woman was found suffering critical injuries in Katherine. She was pronounced

dead at the scene. Her 36-year-old partner has been arrested and charged with murder.

On August 17th, Susie Rackman, 61, suffered critical head injuries in an altercation with

her 29-year-old son. She died on August 26th. Her son has been charged with one count of

murder, domestic violence. August 21st, a 43-year-old woman died at a home in Malik.

Her partner, aged 57, was arrested in a separate location in Malik. He has been charged with

murder and with breaching a domestic violence order. August 12th, the body of Zhao Tingwang,

a 21-year-old woman who had suffered fatal stab wounds, was discovered in the courtyard

of a unit complex in Burwood. The body of an unidentified male was also found.
