00:04Police have blocked off the entrance to a block of apartments in Belconnen on Osborne place after
00:12a fire was reported in one of the units just before 7 a.m. this morning. Firefighters who
00:19were called to the scene extinguished the fire and discovered the body of a woman believed to
00:25be a resident of the unit. ACT Fire and Rescue are yet to determine the cause and circumstances of this
00:33fire.
