A 27-year-old man charged with murder and arson over the death of a 46-year-old woman found in a burnt-out flat in Canberra’s north earlier this year, is now behind bars. The ACT magistrates court reused his bail as police revealed the victim knew her alleged killer. They say they believe she died before the unit was set on fire.
