00:00What are some of the things people need to focus on, or players, that they need to look

00:08out for with only a couple of weeks left before the Fantasy Playoffs?

00:11Yeah, well that's the thing, you've still got that huge bye week coming up in week 14

00:15and that's going to be massive, right, bypocalypse as we like to call it in the business.

00:19This particular week too, you've got some really good matchups, you know, you're looking

00:23for anybody always in the passing game against the Baltimore Ravens, they're the gift that

00:26just continues to keep on giving.

00:28So look for Justin Herbert this week in the Harball, as I like to call it, this weekend

00:33on Monday.

00:34Then you've got the Ladd-McConkie, you've got QJ, you've got all those guys you want

00:37to throw in there against Baltimore this week.

00:39And on the flip side too, Baltimore's been very good against the Runs, so J.K.

00:42Dobbins is a really tough start this week.

00:44Are you going to start him?

00:45Probably.

00:46Will you consider you're also going to be losing some touches here and there to Gus

00:50Edwards because it seems like he's been working himself back into that rotation.

00:54That's not the greatest recipe.

00:55We're in a tough spot here.

00:56If you are in win-now mode, you know, where you're trying to just win and stay alive to

00:59get in those playoffs, this is a time where you just throw everything to the wall.

01:02I think you'll like what's going on with guys like Jackson Smith and J.B.A.

01:05He seems to be going in the right path too.

01:07All of a sudden, you know, going from the boomer bus guy to a guy that's really starting

01:11to push things forward and kind of pushing Tyler Lockett to the side too and starting

01:15to realize in year two, all that potential and that high draft stock that he had.

01:20And you know, at this point too, you're just trying to get healthy.

01:23You need the healthy players out there more than anything.

01:25So looking at some of the playoffs, you can, if you have locked up spots, the best thing

01:30you can do is start looking ahead to those weeks, 15, 16, 17, try to pick up a defense

01:34that looks really good for that period of time and make sure that you have guys that

01:37are lined up in good matchups in those flex spots, because that's where those extra points

01:41come from.

01:42Are you willing to play Mike Evans this week?

01:45Are you not risking him for not being at full strength?

01:49It's a really good question.

01:50I think you have to play Mike Evans this week, not just because of the matchup, but also

01:55because you are in a bad spot here.

01:57You just lost Devonta Smith and other guys out.

01:59You might not have elite neighbors.

02:00And as I mentioned, you're already missing a bunch of guys with the bye weeks.

02:04So you have to throw Mike Evans out there.

02:06Think about Evans this year.

02:07You know, he's only got about 335 yards total.

02:10And I know he missed a bunch of games, but still the yardage total hasn't been great.

02:13He's been very touchdown dependent.

02:14I think you can see a lot of him in this game too.

02:16Kate Otten has really stepped up too.

02:18That's been one of the unheralded stories in a year where tight end looks so good going

02:23into the season for fantasy.

02:24It's been pretty much a disaster.

02:27And guys like Kate Otten have really saved a lot of teams off the waiver wire because

02:30he is seeing a ton of volume.

02:31He's on the field a lot.

02:32When you're on the field and you're getting targets, fantasy points usually come with

02:36it.

02:37He's been that guy that's really taken over in that void that's been abandoned by Chris

02:40Godwin, who has been on the IR.

02:42So quarterback play, it's been tough in fantasy this year with all the guys being injured

02:46or guys underperforming like Mahomes, Stroud.

02:49They haven't done a lot.

02:50Tua being injured.

02:51Love being injured now.

02:52Hurty being injured.

02:54Yeah, it's been really difficult.

02:57And on top of it, not just the injuries, but the bad play.

03:00I mean, Caleb Williams hasn't thrown a touchdown on four games.

03:03He basically left all the touchdown equity in London with him.

03:05He never came back to any of it.

03:07And it's the youth and inexperience of the position.

03:11And it's funny because, you know, you see guys who continue to, you know, go out there

03:15like Baker Mayfield coming off a good year last year and still getting it done.

03:18And you see some surprises like Bo Nix.

03:20I think a lot of people have pivoted.

03:21I'd be looking at Justin Herbert, Bo Nix.

03:24Those are those guys if you're looking for help in the quarterback position, those guys

03:28can help you down the stretch.
