00:00Back for El Coast to Coast, here on a Wednesday and you know what that means, it's a golf

00:06Wednesday on C2C, really for the final time in 2024 on the PGA Tour.

00:12This is their last event, the RSM Classic down Sea Island, Georgia.

00:19And as always, the Prime Minister, Cam Stewart, is with us to get ready for this week's event.

00:26Cam, it has been a long and winding road this year for us here on Golf Wednesdays.

00:33And we have finally made it to the end.

00:35You know how this goes for this event.

00:38We have got Sea Island where you get actually a lot more, I used to want to say regulars

00:44in this because all these guys live down there and they end up playing this event.

00:49You also have Ludwig Obert here because he won last year, first time that he's playing

00:54since getting that knee clean up, little surgery that he had.

00:58But this is always a fun tournament to kind of end the year, Cam.

01:01Oh, it's beautiful.

01:02And these courses are awesome, Carver.

01:05I wish we had one more week, then I realized, hey, it's Thanksgiving.

01:07So the PGA Tour gets it right.

01:10Let's just end this thing, have Thanksgiving and I'll see you in Hawaii after Christmas.

01:14Smart guys, rich guys, but this tournament is awesome.

01:18You need to strike the ball well, Carver, and it's beautiful for scenery as well.

01:21This is actually a very underrated tournament.

01:24And remember, different format here because you have two courses.

01:27You have the Seaside, you have the Plantation.

01:29They'll play on both courses on Thursday and Friday.

01:32And then the Seaside will be where they play Saturday and Sunday for the winter.

01:36So almost something, Cam, we see a lot in January and February when they go out west

01:41and we get the Amexes and things like that where we're playing a whole bunch of different

01:46courses.

01:47All right, we got, as far as the chalk goes, like I said, Obert's here and man, 9-1 for

01:53this guy.

01:54And he's just far and away from everybody else.

01:57How could you bet him when he hasn't played a competitive round since getting that surgery?

02:03Davis Thompson, Dangerous, Denny McCarthy, Brian Harmon, of course, from down there.

02:07You have Siwoo Kim, Maverick McNeely, Matty Wallace, Harry English from down there.

02:12So as we mentioned, Cam, lots of guys from the area who make their home down there that

02:17are going to play.

02:18And they know this course very, very well.

02:22So make sure that you, both courses, I mean, they know the whole joint very well.

02:26So make sure that you put that into your calculations.

02:30I will get us going as usual, Cam.

02:32Here's where I'm going this week.

02:33And we have, I can't quit this guy because I know if I don't play him this week, he'll

02:39win.

02:40So it's felt like he's been close the entire swing season.

02:44I'm going to take one more swing with Bermuda Ben Griffin at 35-1 this week.

02:50Eric Cole, one of the better, hey, I mean, I think I'm getting one of the better players

02:55in this field at 40-1.

02:57That seems pretty good to me.

02:58And I feel the same way about another Georgia Bulldog, Sepp Straka, at 50-1 this week, which

03:04I think is a good price for a multi-time winner on the PGA Tour against this field.

03:09Adam Hadwin at 75-1.

03:11And BurgerTime, Etta Hundo, probably not the best of the field.

03:16But you know what?

03:17BurgerTime is, I feel like he's starting to get it going, Cam.

03:21I just feel like we can get ourselves a little BurgerTime.

03:22That's a great price.

03:23In my book, he was like 80.

03:24So if you can find 100 on Burger, I think it's almost a must bet.

03:27We have the same guys, Carver.

03:28I'm starting off with Ben Griffin as well.

03:31I got 32.

03:32I didn't get that number.

03:33Know who loves this area?

03:38Hopefully, he can get it done for me.

03:40Dangerous Denny McCarthy, this is a perfect track for him.

03:45If he could just finally like get stiff it and go, because his putting is amazing.

03:49Cole, he's an addiction that I have to get off.

03:52And Chandler Phillips razor products.

03:57I do need a shave.

03:58At 90 to 1, I'll take a shot with Phillips.

04:05I'll probably end up joining you on McCarthy, Cam, just because he's another guy that I've

04:11bet him a billion times.

04:13And this, of course, will be the week that he wins if I don't bet him.

04:16So especially in a field like this.

04:19So I'll probably get involved with McCarthy by the time I put the head on the pillow tonight.

04:25The placements for me.

04:26I am going to mix in a couple Georgia guys down here to Harry English, T-10 at plus 330

04:32to play well this week.

04:34Mac Hughes, of course, Canadian top 10, great swing season player at plus 360 for him.

04:40Captain Kirk, Chris Kirk, top 10 at plus 400.

04:44Matt Wallace, good to me on the other side of the pond.

04:47Maybe you'd be good to me here too.

04:50Top 20 at plus a buck 50.

04:51Lucas Glover, top 20 at plus 180.

04:53And I hate myself, but I know this guy's like almost like the mayor of this place down here.

04:57So Webb Simpson for a T-20 at plus 320.

05:01Carver, I don't know.

05:03We're reading each other's mail.

05:05Hopefully no seconds and thirds like in Europe, but I'm going to go with Davis Thompson's

05:08water seal.

05:09I like him to also win the tournament.

05:10I don't like 20 or 22 to one.

05:12That's not good enough for me.

05:58Mark put the Hubbard in the cupboard at 40.

06:00And Ken Norlander, Henry at 60 to one on the seaside course on the plantation side.

06:10I will take Brendan, the Todd father at 50 to one.

06:13And then I will go, how about this for old time's sake, and Stuart Sink on the plantation

06:19side at 65 to one on that course to go and get it done.

06:24Who do you got me for first round?

06:26However, I'm going to tell you, Stuart Sink may actually finish top 10 or 20 in this tournament.

06:29I'm thinking about adding him because he's such a price.
