00:00All right, here's the one I've been waiting to give you.

00:07Coach of the Year odds.

00:08Now I know you know this.

00:10In 18 years, he's never had a losing season.

00:13He's also never won the NFL Coach of the Year Award.

00:17But going into week 12, he is the favorite.

00:20And that is Mike Tomlin at 3-1, followed by Dan Campbell, Jim Harbaugh, and Jonathan Gannon.

00:27The favorite here as we start play this week.

00:30Would you argue that he's done the best job coaching in the NFL, what he's done with the

00:35Steelers?

00:36No one saw him doing this, even though he always wins and has winning seasons.

00:40No one thought they'd be doing what they're doing in the North.

00:44And now they have a little wiggle room in the North after beating Baltimore.

00:48What he is doing is Coach of the Year stuff.

00:52It's better than Campbell.

00:53Campbell's team is so loaded with talent.

00:56You knew they were going to win this year.

00:57They won last year.

00:58They blew it against the Niners.

01:00I don't think it's anything spectacular.

01:02I think that team is really good.

01:04I think Campbell's done a great job, but he's not doing what this guy Tomlin's doing with

01:08way less.

01:09You know what I mean?

01:10And I would agree with Harbaugh.

01:12What he's doing with the Chargers is phenomenal.

01:16I usually like to give the Coach of the Year to someone who takes a team that everybody

01:21thought was going to absolutely suck and maybe gets them into the playoffs.

01:26And I think Jonathan Gannon's probably the type of guy that you would think of in that

01:29aspect right now.

01:31But remember this.

01:32Before the season, everyone said the Steelers were going to finish either third or last

01:37in the North.

01:38They said the Ravens are going to be better, that the Bengals are going to be better.

01:42And I think Tomlin kind of qualifies for that, taking a team that people thought was going

01:47to be a...

01:48What was their win total?

01:49Eight and a half?

01:51People thought that weren't going to be good.

01:53And I think he's got a great shot to finally get it done this year.
