00:00The law says, essentially, you have to disclose that you're interacting, for instance, with a chatbot.

00:05You want to make sure that, as a human, we do not treat an AI the same way we treat another human being,

00:13because an AI is a software, is a machine.

00:16So we started with the idea that, basically, ethical AI is good business.

00:21Then there will be an uptake of the technology, because the technology can be trusted.

00:26So the law should aim to enable that trustworthiness, right?

00:29So in that sense, ethical AI is a good business.

00:34And I think it's impossible to disagree with that, right?

00:37But, of course, at the same time, in order to ensure that AI doesn't lead to unintended impacts,

00:45you have to put some constraints around the way you develop it.
