00:00Well I think we are right to be excited about AI. Now I think we have overestimated the time it
00:05takes really to understand AI, implement it and get the result out of it. So there has been some
00:11I would say forms of disillusion at some point and that's why we at Calgemini say 2026 is the
00:17year of truth for AI. There are several to be honest. The first one is not having the right
00:24foundations and discovering that in fact what you build cannot scale because your foundations
00:29are not strong enough. The second one is not working enough on this human AI chemistry so
00:35and what I mean by that is not being able to build trust on the fact that it's going to
00:40deliver value
00:41out of it and I would say the last one for some companies is maybe to try to run before
00:47they can
00:48work. So you know understanding that value comes with redefining the operation and trying to rush
00:55to it without making sure they are ready for that. The real value to be honest will come
01:00from agentic AI. This is really where AI is changing the way we do operations into a company
01:05and that's where we're going to derive the biggest return on invest.
