00:40Meanwhile, former Klang MP Charles Santiago urged the state government to make documents
00:45related to the proposal publicly available.
00:48State Executive Councillor Izam Hashim said the RM6 billion project was based on a mitigation
00:53model used in Kawasaki and Saitama, Japan.
