00:08house and so I was really looking at what I had in the pantry and saw some of
00:12my favorite ingredients. The canned chickpeas, the coconut milk, canned pumpkin,
00:17and you just let it simmer and it builds up all of this wonderful flavor in like
00:21half an hour. Then you're ready to serve. Sometimes I serve this curry over rice,
00:25sometimes just with some naan or other flatbread. You can adjust it any way you
00:30like. It's like this warming beautiful bowl of comfort and it's so easy.
