00:49Earlier this morning, the number of evacuees in the town increased.

00:52First, Barangay Casambalangan, followed by Palawik, San Vicente, Rapuli, and other barangays.

00:58All coastal areas of the town were affected by the typhoon.

01:01842 families or 2,640 people were evacuated.

01:06In Apari, Cagayan, a fisherman's wharf was flooded by the sea.

01:10The strong waves did not allow it, so it fell into the sea.

01:12In Gonzaga, Cagayan, pre-emptive evacuations were also carried out in several barangays there.

01:17The rescuers helped to bring them to the evacuation center.

01:21In the whole of Cagayan, around 3,000 people were evacuated.
